Summary
Cogency Global is looking for a Marketing Operations Coordinator who combines marketing technology expertise with strong organizational skills. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems, optimizing systems, and keeping the trains running on time across a dynamic marketing team.
You’ll report directly to the SVP of Global Marketing and partner closely with every function within the Marketing department—including Content, Brand, Digital, and Events—while also collaborating with external stakeholders in Sales, Revenue Operations, and Product Management. From managing martech tools to handling day-to-day marketing operations, you’ll be a crucial part of executing the strategies that grow Cogency Global’s brand and business.
Responsibilities

Operational Support: Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the marketing team to help drive efficiency, organization, and smooth execution across all functions. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Processing and tracking marketing team expense reports
- Updating website content
- Managing blog comment moderation and engagement
- Running monthly backups of the marketing automation database
- Coordinating production and execution of content for social, email and blog channels in collaboration with various functions in and out of Marketing
- Monitoring the company inbox and ensuring inquiries are routed promptly to the appropriate team members

Supporting ad hoc operational needs as they arise to keep marketing projects and workflows moving forward smoothly

Martech Management: Maintain and optimize marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, social media scheduling tools, and other martech solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to marketing systems and integrations
- Support lead capture workflows, campaign setup, segmentation, and marketing automation tasks

Project Management: Own and manage project timelines using Monday.com, ensuring marketing initiatives are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product Management, and other departments to ensure the success of marketing and broader commercial goals.

Data & Reporting: Generate reports and insights from marketing systems to track KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and inform strategic decisions.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements that improve team efficiency, consistency, and scalability. Create and maintain internal documentation for marketing operations and systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from a four-year university
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with marketing platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, and social media management tools
- Skilled in using project management tools such as Monday.com
- Strong understanding of marketing automation workflows, CRM data, and campaign reporting
- Detail-oriented and organized with strong follow-through
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A proactive, self-starting mindset with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
- B2B or professional services industry experience
- Familiarity with analytics and dashboard tools
- Understanding of CRM data hygiene and governance best practices

Job Type: Full-time; Exempt M-F Hours: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Salary Range: $70k – $75k
