Responsible for revenue generation through the support of key initiatives with the Assistant Directors of Business Development.

Responsible for revenue generation through the support of key initiatives with the Assistant Directors of Business Development.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILTIES
- Actively identify and call potential “BHYB” inventory
- Set prospecting “BHYB” opportunities in close proximity
- Identify self-gen areas of opportunity
- Attend networking events
- Convert prospecting “BHYBs, place follow up calls to line-up RVP appointments
- Result in a timely and accurate manner
- Remain in constant communication with RVP and Calendar Lead on opportunities you have created
- Participate in weekly pipeline calls
- Maintain weekly production report for Assistant Director
- Report tracks, calls, touches, conversions, appointments set/sat/sold
- Weekly report review with Assistant Director
- Set intro meetings for RVPs (eight per week)
- Confirm D/M, get contact information
- Self-Gen leads
- Confirm BHYB-A status
- Improved leave behind materials
- Long Term: Develop a training, performance and reporting program that we can replicate in every market
