Qualifications
- Experience in sanitary sewer, water and storm drain installation
- Demonstrate excellent safety awareness
- Strong work ethic needed
- Ability and knowledge to lead crews to hit deadlines and project goals.
- Experience in working with G.C.’s and their teams to get the most production possible without conflict.
- Pass company-issued drug screen and background check
- Have effective communication skills with co-workers and other jobsite personnel
- Be able and willing to work overtime, if required
- Be a team player with the ability to work with others
