This leading NYC CM have a 20-year history of delivering bespoke high-rise projects throughout the boroughs.
They are currently looking for an experienced APM to assist with a 20-story, 40-unit luxury project in Manhattan.
In this role, you will work closely with the Senior PM and Project Engineer, assisting with project documentation, stakeholder management, site-based responsibilities and, ultimately, ensuring the project is delivered to the time and budgetary expectations.
They are looking for someone with around 3 years' experience in NYC-based construction management - ideally in the high-rise residential space. Experience in Procore is preferred.

Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
