This leading NYC construction & development firm have a 40-year history of delivering bespoke high-rise projects throughout the boroughs.
They are currently looking for a Junior Preconstruction Manager / Estimator to provide preconstruction services across multiple concurrent multi-family projects valued between $50-200M.
In this role, you will work closely with the VP and the existing team across the typical precon functions from estimating and buyouts through value engineering and project cost control. They are ideally looking for someone who can contribute to the full project lifecycle, but are also open to candidates who want to focus solely on the estimating portion of the process.
They are looking for a relatively junior precon professional (circa 3-5 years), so they are open to someone from a project management background who is looking to transition to the office/a preconstruction role.
