Job Description:
- Extensive experience with architecture and technologies to support cloud-based data warehouses.
- Technical project management and documentation skills.
- Ability to analyze issues from system documentation and recommend solutions.
- Experience managing technical projects, including conflict resolution, issue escalations, status reporting and resource management.
- Experience creating policy or governance documents.
- Excellent oral, written, analytical and communication skills with the ability to lead a technical discussion with technical and non-technical staff.
- Excellent analytical, verbal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Data dashboard design.
- Understanding of data automation and data pipelines.
Additional Skills:
- Understanding of courtroom operations and workflow.
- Experience in government (State) setting.
- A technical understanding of tenancy in a cloud-based data warehouse.
- Experience with Snowflake, Talend, and PowerBi.
- Excellent presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences, including creating and presenting executive summaries to management and technical committees.
- Experience in user research and data analysis.
- Experience working closely with Security and Compliance on programs (for example, FedRAMP, SOC2, GDPR) to ensure best practices.
