Job Description:
A Supply Chain SAP Key User is involved in the testing of the SAP solution and the SAP user training of colleagues. As a key user, you drive business decisions in your respective area of expertise to help define the solution. You are responsible for the successful and timely completion of the project tasks assigned to you.
A college degree or equivalent (minimum three years) experience managing Ford and or other customer service part activities. APICS certifications a plus
Experience managing inventory in a Warehouse Management System
Detail oriented
Familiar with ERP systems (SAP experience preferred) and customer systems (Ford FCSD experience preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience filing customer obsolescence claims
Experience managing hourly employees
Knowledge of Lean and other continuous improvement tools such as kaizen and Six Sigma
Knowledge of and experience with Industry 4.0 concepts
Strong with data analytics
Exceptional people and leadership skills involving continuous communication with both the customer and suppliers.
