Description :
- Gather and review data on a child's medical, developmental, environmental, and family history.
- Participate in multidisciplinary evaluations to determine eligibility and assess developmental skills.
- Report and discuss findings with families and team members.
- Provide direct services as a PSP or Consultant, utilizing coaching practices with families and team members.
- Plan and provide individualized developmental strategies.
- Provide services in natural learning environments and support families in incorporating learning into daily routines.
- Assist in developing and reviewing IFSPs, including transition planning and outcomes.
- Participate in team meetings to analyze evaluation findings, develop IFSPs, and discuss child / family outcomes.
- Stay updated on evidence-based practices in early intervention.
- Complete documentation and submit required data on time.
- Provide in-service training to staff and supervise special education students.
