What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cleaner/Custodian/Janitor/Housekeeping/Service Attendant position at Cogent Infotech Corporation?
Duration: 3 months contract
Shift: 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm (Mon - Fri)
Responsibilities:
- Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition
- Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors and shampooing rugs
- Perform routine maintenance tasks
- May work in any location on client premises.
- This individual cleans and keeps facilities or locations in the area of health care in orderly condition.
- Prior health care cleaning is a plus if Spanish speaking is bilingual, as well as speaking and reading.
- This position requires working every other weekend and every other holiday.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
Salary : $15 - $16
