Title: Housing Inspector / Property Inspection
Location: Dallas TX 75212
Duration: 3-6 months with possibility of extension
Hours of Operation: Monday – Thursday 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. and Friday 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Required Experience: 4 Years (Candidate just needs to have some experience in inspections of homes, apartments, buildings, and even maintenance. He/she will get training in the areas needed according to requirements by clients.)
Job Duties:
- Conduct virtual inspections under the supervision of HQS Manager using Facetime and Goodge Dou
- Maintaining inspection records, associated filing systems and enter data into agencies database
- Perform clerical and administrative duties.
- Operating personal computer utilizing a variety of business software such as Word, and Excel.
- Skill in effective communication, both verbal and written.
- Skill in interacting with people of different social, economic, and ethnic backgrounds
