Cogent IT is looking for a full-time Help Desk Technician to join our team. If you love to help people use technology, we'd like to speak to you. An ideal technician will provide technical support and develop technical solutions to help our clients become more effective, productive, and successful.
Responsibilities for this position include :
- Perform hardware and software installations, repairs, upgrades, and problem solving as needed on Mac workstations, PC workstations and Windows servers.
- Provide technical support and individualized assistance to end-users in a deadline-oriented environment.
- Create and maintain documentation for the administration, maintenance, and use of supported systems.
- Identify problems and develop solutions to increase operational efficiency.
