We currently have a role available for a Pharmaceutical Purification Chemist.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Purifying samples using one or more of the following:
- HPLC - Reversed phase purification using Agilent 1100/1200/1260/1290 series. Familiarity with ChemStation software recommended.
- ISCO Combiflash and AccuPrep.
- Chiral purification using LC and SFC systems.
- Performing purification instrument maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
- Providing critical feedback to improve workflow and chemistry performance and implementation of best practices.
Job requirements include, but are not limited to:
- BS - Chemistry or related field with 3-6 years of industry experience (preferably pharma). MS - Chemistry with 1-3 years of industry experience would also be considered.
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
- Works well both within a team and as an individual.
- Demonstration of excellent team player and collaboration skills, very strong attention to detail, very strong problem-solving skills, a high level of learning agility, and the ability to work across functions.
- The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and self-motivated, with the leadership and communication skills necessary to operate effectively in a fast-paced multidisciplinary environment with flexibility and an adaptable approach to goal delivery.
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
