- We’re looking for a motivated individual who is starting their
CFP®
studies or has passed the exam and is working toward their credential. This role offers exceptional learning opportunities while collaborating with a small but dynamic advisory team. You'll focus on data gathering and analysis, develop financial planning recommendations, and implement portfolio management strategies, all while providing excellent client service and support as you grow into a lead role on assigned client relationships.

Benefits
The Associate Advisor role is a full-time, W-2 position with total compensation ranging from $75K to $90K, based on experience and credentials. Candidates who are licensed or have passed the
CFP®
exam and are completing their required hours will be considered for compensation at the higher end of this range. Additional benefits include a medical allowance, a cash balance plan and 401(k) with profit sharing, wellness initiatives, paid and volunteer time off, and ongoing growth opportunities.
Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
