Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Order Analysis & Entry: Review and accurately enter customer purchase orders into the ERP system, ensuring all details match valid quotes.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with Program Managers to communicate the status of orders, resolve discrepancies, and confirm data entry accuracy.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Assist with tracking and analyzing key performance metrics through departmental dashboards, helping to drive data-driven decisions.
- Process Improvement: Support the team by identifying areas for process improvement and efficiency, leveraging your analytical skills to streamline operations.
- Support & Coordination: Assist with purchase order cancellation analysis, RMA requests, and Material Review Board (MRB) coordination as needed.
- Adaptability & Team Support: Take on additional team tasks when necessary, supporting company goals while working effectively in a high-energy environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 5 years of administrative experience, preferably with exposure to manufacturing processes.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including pivot tables, complex formulas, XLookups, IF functions, data analysis), and familiarity with ERP systems, particularly Epicor, is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to engage clearly and professionally with team members and customers.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions. Comfort with navigating large datasets and drawing actionable insights.
