Your Responsibilities
- Promote Culture of Quality: Instill an ethic of impeccable compliance and training in IPC-610 and other standards among the team.
- Quality Process Management: From supporting qualifications to reviewing historical records, you ensure all products meet stringent quality benchmarks.
- Engage in Change Management: Lead effective processing of ECN’s, ensuring seamless adaptation and minimal disruption.
- Innovative Problem Solving: Champion advanced methodologies like Pareto Analysis to resolve discrepancies and implement preventive measures.
- Supplier Collaboration: Resolve non-conforming material issues, maintaining strong, quality-focused supplier relationships.
- Inspection & Verification: Develop and refine quality assurance systems and perform training.
- Customer Interaction: Foster exceptional relations with clients via data-backed presentations and insights.
- Immediate Troubleshooting: Swiftly act on production floor quality concerns.
What We’re Looking For
- A proactive leader with a robust understanding of PCBA processes.
- Customer-centric approach and superb communication skills.
- IPC-A-610/J-STD-001 certification highly regarded.
- Bachelor’s in science/engineering or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge in inspection equipment such as AOI and production lines like Mydata and Juki/Fuji.
- Proficiency with MS Office and Visio.
- CQE certification is an advantage.
