What will you do as a Lead Server?

• Take food orders and assist in all aspects of food and beverage service.
• Help train new dining room team members.
• Cover shifts resulting from call-offs.
• Direct and supervise all food and beverage staff for front-of-house operations.
• Ensure resident satisfaction through a top-notch dining experience.
• Assist in maintaining all departmental documentation according to State and Federal regulations.
• Assist with community dining events.
• Assist in the maintenance of inventory control of food, alcohol, supplies, and equipment.
• Provide safe and comfortable work environments for all associates.

If you have these qualifications, we'd love to chat:

• A minimum of 4 years of full-cycle food service experience in an upscale dining environment is required.
• 2 years of supervisory or front-of-house management experience is preferred.
• A big smile, outgoing personality, and compassion for our residents.
• Team player attitude and love working with people!
• Food Handler Card/Serve Safe (or ability to obtain) with an understanding of kitchen sanitation and food codes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience working in Independent Living (IL) or Senior Living is a plus.
