What will you do as a Care Partner?
Assist the residents in activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transferring, while following community protocol, licensing regulations, and resident and employee safety guidelines.
Prioritize independence and emotional support to the residents by providing compassionate care, engagement, and companionship.
Encourage and assist with participation in life enrichment activity programs.
Promote open communication between healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.

Positive team player attitude and love working with people!
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Must have a Valid CNA or HCA license in the state of WA. Recent grads are welcome!
Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.
Experience with memory care is a plus.
Previous experience working in Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC), or Senior Living experience is a plus!
High School Diploma or equivalent.
