At least 5 years of experience in a progressive leadership role in a senior living operation is required. The candidate should possess an understanding and compliance with all federal, state, and local resident rights regulations, as well as demonstrated expertise in budget management and financial planning. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and a passion for serving seniors are essential qualities for this role. You must also be able to work evenings and/or weekends and be on-call 24/7.
