Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- A bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, nursing, or human services
- At least 5 years of experience in a progressive leadership role in senior living or healthcare
- Demonstrated expertise in budget management and financial planning
- Knowledge of various computer systems and CRM software
