Okta Subject Matter Expert needed for a 6 month contract 100% onsite in Foxboro, MA!
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Okta Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our dynamic team. As an Okta SME, you will be responsible for providing expert-level guidance and support in the implementation, configuration, and management of Okta's identity and access management solutions. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the security and efficiency of our clients' identity management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of Okta solutions.
- Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for Okta-related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Okta with other systems and applications.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including best practices, configuration guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Stay updated with the latest Okta features and updates, and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Perform security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Assist in the development of identity and access management strategies and policies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Okta Subject Matter Expert or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Okta's identity and access management solutions.
- Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, and security protocols.
- Experience with integrating Okta with various applications and systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant Okta certifications (e.g., Okta Certified Professional, Okta Certified Administrator) are a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with other identity and access management solutions (e.g., Azure AD, Ping Identity).
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation tasks.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
