Project Manager needed for a 3 month contract onsite (100%) in Bloomington, IN!
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing IT infrastructure projects.
- Expertise in network infrastructure, server administration, storage systems, and data center operations.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in project management tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar.
- Knowledge of ITIL or other IT governance frameworks
- Understanding of cloud computing technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices
- This is onsite in Bloomington, IN Monday-Friday
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Project Management Skills:
- Ability to develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Proven track record of managing project budgets and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope
- Strong risk management skills to identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies
- Experience with Agile methodologies and ability to adapt to changing project requirements
Communication and Leadership Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Leadership abilities to manage cross-functional teams and build consensus
- Ability to effectively present information to non-technical audiences
Certifications (preferred):
Project Management Professional (PMP) and ITIL Foundation.
