What You Will Be Doing
Engage in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition, leasing, development, and finance. Handle a wide array of transactional matters, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating sale and purchase agreements.
Draft and negotiate commercial leases and development-related agreements.
Prepare loan documents and manage related diligence efforts, such as title and survey reviews.
Experience You Will Need
Strong academic background and analytical skills.
Positive attitude and experience in a large regional or national law firm.
Desire to work on a range of real estate transactions with direct client contact, including national transactions.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Admitted to practice in Virginia or eligible for reciprocal admission to the Virginia Bar.
At least 3 years of commercial real estate transactional experience.
