Role & Responsibilities
- Manage IT's responsibilities, deliver on-site service, and support our service desk in the Phoenix - Tempe office
- Hands-on support for:
- Mac and Windows devices
- Network
- Audio Visuals & meeting room equipment
- Access management
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Azure, GWS, Confluence, Atlassian Suite, Jira, Slack, SaaS applications
- Globally manage your share of the global organization's first-line and second-line support tickets
- Monitor and maintain system security, including user access control and automation workflows
- Document IT processes in our knowledge base
- Collaborate and leverage the organization's expertise for efficient IT operations.
- You have experience working first-line IT operation support as a hands-on desktop engineer
- Bachelor's/Master's degree degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant experience in IT Operations
- 3-5 years of experience in IT operations and service support
- You are a team player who loves to share, inspire, and collaborate
- You are eager and ready to work onsite in our new office location in Phoenix - Tempe
- You have relevant technical skills and contribute to the team's tasks
- You are service-minded and are energized by spending time with your colleagues
- MacOS, Windows, and different Linux distributions
- Microsoft Defender, Intune, Jamf Pro, and Jamf Protect
- Network and firewall configuration
- Audio Visual solutions
