Position Overview :
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Product Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving product development.
Responsibilities :
- Lead software development and IT infrastructure projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are executed on-time, and meet high quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, designers, and product managers, to define project scope and goals.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases.
- Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
- Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
- Manage all documentation to ensure the project is compliant, secure, and fully documented.
