Business System Analyst (BSA) (Hybrid)
Cognizant's Digital Engineering practice is seeking a highly qualified Business system analyst with experience in corporate credit / Lending, developing and building hard-working, scalable, enterprise applications. You will be part of a digital software team that works on high-demand applications. Our BA have a passion for high-quality, reliable and maintainable code. You will work side by side with product managers, designers, and clients, making decisions together to quickly deliver valuable working software to clients and their users. Responsibilities :
- Work alongside Developers and Domain Experts to understand the effort for a requirement, communicate any risks to the Scrum master and facilitate making adjustments that satisfy all parties.
- Defining and documenting system requirements, ensuring they align with strategy and architecture.
- Translate business and design requirements into technical requirements for multiple Development teams - back-end service developers, framework developers, and UI developers (React).
- Conducting user acceptance testing and ensuring products meet quality standards for applications
- Continuously supervising team's products and adjust priorities accordingly
- Providing training and support to end-users on the use and functionality of reporting and reporting needs
- Lead agile ceremonies like planning, stand-ups and sprint reviews.

The annual salary for this position is between $68,422K - $114K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
