Datacenter Admin
Location : New Albany, OH ( 100% onsite )
Responsibilities :
- Primary roles is to install, configure, and maintain servers, racks, and other related equipment.
- Provide hands and feet support to servers, network, backup devices etc.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of the data center assets
- Escorting vendors to the datacenter
- Providing hands & feet support as guided by the support teams from remote.
- In emergencies and P1 situation, respond promptly to minimize downtime.
- Receive and ship devices Racking appliances, switches, routers, firewalls, servers, or other equipment.
- Candidate would be expected to understand Windows Server administration or Windows desktop support.
- Help to complete build-out of labs that are incomplete
- Understand and articulate complex problems related to the specific technology.
- Prepare update review run books SOP knowledge articles on specific technology areas.
- Plan Prepare and execute change process, change implementation, and standardize the change process.
