AVP Global Client Partner Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Client relationship management and business development : Manage client relationships, Drive profitable growth, own the opportunity management cycle : Proactive outreach, Opportunity identification, develop custom solutions, Negotiate and Close.
Client delivery assurance : Collaborate with all delivery stakeholders involved to ensure fulfilment of all commitments to the client
Account planning and governance : create the account strategies to meet revenue, margin and TCV targets, develop relationships required, opportunities to be pursued, price decisions, etc.
Monitoring industry trends and developments so that clients can receive timely information about changes in their industries. Be responsible for execution and customer satisfaction in all the revenue portfolios within the accounts. Shape the thought leadership agenda.
Mandatory Capabilities / Skills / Years of Experience
- 15 years of IT industry experience, with strong sales / relationship management / account management experience
- Significant business development and delivery management experience
- Experience in the HealthCare industry / vertical
- Track record of interacting and building relationship with C-level client contacts
- Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience
- Strong executive presence and gravitas
- Minimum BS Degree.
