Job Summary
To support Infrastructure's Corporate Technology Office (iCTO); Infrastructure Architecture and Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) Cloud Solutions departments. Lead interpersonal metrics and operations to drive efficiency within business unit. Manage delivery of all new-build Marketing Operations projects, coordinating technology and business teams and meeting time and budget requirements.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze data : Identify areas for improvement by analyzing data requirements and availability
- Create reports : Build reports, presentations, or proposals to communicate findings
- Develop plans : Develop project plans, timelines, and work
- Manage projects : Manage project budgets, timelines, and work
- Provide technical consultation : Provide technical consultation to customers when needed
- Identify risks : Identify and mitigate potential risks that could impact project timelines or work
- Build links : Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Lead workshops : Lead workshops and training sessions to help clients accept new practices
Skills : Data analytics, Project management skills, Knowledge of technology tools and programs, Ability to evaluate large projects, and Proficiency in internal sales / client support systems.
