Cognizant is looking for an experienced Lead Angular Developer with 12 to 16years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Angular RxJS Ngrx TypeScript and Graphql. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of modern web development practices and the ability to design scalable and efficient solutions. The position offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects that have a significant impact on our companys success and society.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of complex web applications using Angular RxJS Ngrx TypeScript and Graphql.
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers ensuring best practices and coding standards are followed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Develop and maintain reusable components and libraries to streamline development processes.
- Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications by conducting thorough testing and optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our development practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues providing timely and effective solutions.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation and user guides.
- Work closely with product managers and designers to create user-centric solutions that meet business objectives.
- Implement and enforce security best practices to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and proposing improvements to existing systems.
Qualifications
Must have strong experience with Angular RxJS Ngrx TypeScript and Graphql.
Certifications Required
Certified Angular Developer Certified TypeScript Developer
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
