Job Summary
Lead and Drive response to RFI / RFPs in Cable Network / Devices Engineering
Estimate / Review the estimates for such proposals and ensure the accuracy
Lead and Drive Point of Views for customer challenges / problems
Represent Engineering Practice in presenting the solution for such RFIs / RFPs
Help the delivery teams in solving any complex customer challenges & present suitable solutions
Lead & drive the delivery teams on building innovative PoCs
Responsibilities
Role responsibilities (5-8 day to day responsibilities)
State the primary job duties and responsibilities. This will give the applicant an idea of what they will be measured against during performance evaluations among other insights of the role
Own and drive new RFIs / RFPs
Estimate the size for RFIs / RFPs
Understand customer focus areas and build PoCs / PoVs
Present PoCs & PoVs to customers
Contribute to & drive interviews of architects & key leads
Provide a consultative view of solutions for customer challenges based on technology evolution
Contribute to Industry forums like MWC TMForum WiFi Alliance CableLabs etc
Salary and Other Compensation :
The annual salary for this position is between $183 to 195K
depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
