The Role : Fulltime with Cognizant
- Role : .Net Developer
- Location : Atlanta, GA
- 8 years of experience with .NEt
- Research problems to identify root cause (defect, configuration, environmental, or system design) and work on resolution collaborating with ARGO vendor as needed. This includes analyze transaction, network, and database traces to identify the cause and fix for the issues.
- Experience in monitoring tools Dynatrace, Splunk for quick triaging of issues and to setup Splunk dashboards and alerts.
- Identify and / or capture necessary information to work with the Teller teammates or developers to recreate the identified issues when applicable.
- Knowledge of Teller Electronic Journal (EJ) and host communication.
- Exposure to distributed systems.
- Familiarity with Windows servers and VMs
- Train, document, and transfer knowledge of areas of expertise to offshore team members
