.NET lead (Hybrid)

We are seeking an experienced Architect with 10 years of experience in the Hi-Tech domain specializing in .NET Dev Tools & Best Practice .Net Core and .Net Framework.

The role involves designing and implementing robust software solutions ensuring alignment to standard methodologies and contributing to the overall success of our projects. The position is hybrid with day shifts and does not require travel.

Location : Teaneck, NJ (Hybrid)

Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and development of software solutions using .NET Dev Tools & Best Practice .Net Core and .Net Framework
• Supervise the implementation of standard processes in software development to ensure high-quality work
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to define project requirements and work
• Ensure that software solutions are scalable maintainable and meet performance standards
• Conduct code reviews to ensure consistency to coding standards and best practices
• Develop and maintain user documentation for software solutions
• Identify and address technical challenges and provide innovative solutions
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the overall technical strategy
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure continuous improvement
• Work closely with partners to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Ensure that all software solutions follow security and compliance standards
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies

Qualifications :

• Possess strong experience in .NET Dev Tools & Best Practice .Net Core and .Net Framework
• Have a deep understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns
• Demonstrate expertise in the Hi-Tech domain
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Show proficiency in user documentation and communication
• Have experience in leading and mentoring development teams
• Display a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

Salary and Other Compensation :

Applications will be accepted until 3 / 30 / 2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $68K - $130K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate .

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
