Oracle Tech Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in OC HCM Fun-Core HR Oracle Integration Cloud Oracle SOA Cloud Service and other Oracle Cloud HCM modules. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of both technical and domain skills particularly in Payer. The position operates during the day shift and does not require travel.

Qualifications

• HCM Extracts for data extraction and reporting.
• Exhibit domain expertise in Payer improving the ability to deliver tailored solutions.
• Show a proven track record of successful Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
• Display excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Have strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Be adept at mentoring and guiding junior team members.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM advancements.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and optimization of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
• Possess a strong understanding of data integrity and security principles.

Certifications Required

Oracle HCM Cloud Technical certification preferred
