We are seeking a Sr. Business Analyst with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis planning and system analysis. This role involves capturing business requirements analyzing systems and planning strategic initiatives to drive business success. The candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the capture of business requirements through detailed discussions with stakeholders.
- Oversee the analysis of business processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide strategic planning to align business goals with technical solutions.
- Conduct system analysis to ensure compatibility with business requirements.
- Develop detailed business and system analysis documentation.

Salary and Other Compensation :
The annual salary for this position is between depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
