Cognizant Technology Solutions is looking for a Sr. Business System Analyst to join the team of IT professionals in a role. If you meet our background requirements and skills and are in search of an opportunity with these skills and expertise, here is the opportunity for you!
Responsibilities :
- Must have good experience and knowledge on Retirement / Pension domain. Should know End to End processing / implementation of retirement business processes
- Needs to have good experience in Solution Design. Must have experience of creating Architecture flows and conceptual flows. Should have good knowledge and experience of creating Integration Architecture documents
- Must have good experience on how to collaborate with various teams and capture information to come up with an effective solution design
- Needs to have experience of creating Data Models, Entity models etc.
- Should be able to build the Scope / Solution Design documents, Screen design documents
- Will have to finalize the contents for various member / participant correspondences like emails, inbound / outbound documents, Tableau reports and work on getting the Legal and compliance approval
- Should be familiar with legacy modernization architecture / integration approach, and also needs to be familiar with Postgres database (SQL queries)
- Must have good communication skills and needs to be adept in communicating the solution design to different stakeholders like Product Owner, Developers, data migration SMEs etc
Required Qualifications
Salary and Other Compensation :
The annual salary for the position is between $66,896- $132,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
