Role Summary :
- Training TL will be responsible for coordinating complete management of the Training & Policy related initiatives.
- Client Management is a critical focus area
- Team Management & Governance is an integral part of the core deliverables
- 7-10 Years of Experience
- leading training deliverables and governance for projects globally
- Previous experience in Mapping / GIS / Autonomous vehicles, automotive systems is helpful

Salary and Other Compensation :
The hourly rate for this position is $55,000-$65,000 annually, dependent on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
