The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Webfocus Power BI SQL Server Oracle PLSQL. This role involves designing and implementing data solutions to drive business insights and support decision-making processes. The candidate should have strong communication skills and be comfortable working in a hybrid model. Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of data solutions using Power BI SQL Server and Azure Analysis Services.
• Oversee the development of data models and ensure they meet business requirements.
• Provide technical expertise in SQL Server Reporting Services and SQL Server Analysis Services.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous testing and validation processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Optimize data models and queries for performance and scalability.
• Implement data security measures to protect sensitive information.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI and other data tools.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in data technologies and best practices.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data processes and methodologies.
• Work closely with other IT teams to integrate data solutions with existing systems.
• Participate in project planning and management activities to ensure successful delivery of data projects. Qualifications
• Possess strong technical skills in Webfocus Power BI SQL Server Oracle PLSQL and Azure Analysis Services.
• Have experience in data modeling DAX and Mash Up Language in Power BI.
• Demonstrate proficiency in developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Show expertise in SQL Server Reporting Services and SQL Server Analysis Services.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Have excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
• Experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain is a plus.
• Be comfortable working in a hybrid work mode
