3DX PLM Support Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Product Specialist(T) with 8 to 10 years of experience in 3DX PLM and the Automotive Industry. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts. This role focuses on leveraging technical expertise to drive product development and innovation ensuring alignment with industry standards and company goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and customization of 3DX PLM solutions to meet the specific needs of the automotive industry.
• Oversee the integration of 3DX PLM with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and process efficiency.
• Provide technical support and guidance to cross-functional teams ensuring optimal use of 3DX PLM tools and methodologies.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define product requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct regular system audits and performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary enhancements.
• Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to maximize the adoption and effective use of 3DX PLM solutions.
• Monitor industry trends and advancements in PLM technologies to keep the company at the forefront of innovation.
• Ensure compliance with automotive industry standards and regulations in all PLM-related activities.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to align project goals and deliverables.
• Manage project timelines and resources to ensure timely delivery of PLM solutions.
• Provide detailed documentation of system configurations customizations and workflows for future reference.
• Support the development of best practices and standard operating procedures for PLM processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
