Salary and Other Compensation :
The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 and $165,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

- Conduct regular code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to AEM.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure the scalability and performance of AEM applications.
- Stay updated with the latest AEM trends and technologies to drive innovation.
- Implement security best practices to protect AEM applications from vulnerabilities.
- Document technical specifications and create user guides for AEM solutions.
