As an Adaptive Planning Financials Associate Consultant at Cognizant Workday Practice, you will be part of a project team working with customers to get the most out of their Workday Adaptive implementation.

Responsibilities:- Work with clients to understand their current planning process and take a consultative approach to move legacy models into Workday Adaptive Planning.
- Assist the Lead Consultant(s) in gathering business requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, recommending and implementing business solutions.
- Perform multiple tasks under limited direction, while regularly keeping the client, your project team and your Engagement Manager abreast of changes or progress related to the project.
- Be a problem solver and find creative solutions, analyzing from multiple perspectives.
- Actively participate in update training and internal opportunities to share one's skills and learnings with others within the organization.
- Maintain cutting-edge knowledge of product functionality with each new Workday release.
- BA or equivalent in Finance or Accounting.
- 1 year of work experience in an office environment preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including presentation skills
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
- Travel to customer site, when needed.
The annual salary is $75,000.00, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
LocationDepending on your project assignment, you could be working remotely, asked to come into an office in your geographical location or asked to travel 10-30% of the time.
