Job Overview :
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative. You'll be working in the Service Group Client Services. We provide support to the Firm's Financial Advisors and assistants and external clients. As a customer service representative, you'll play an important role in providing excellent service to our internal clients, the branches and external clients through inbound calls. You may assist with online services navigation, account inquiries and updates, PIN resets, card activations, account opening and maintenance, among other services.

We're looking for Customer Service Representatives to :
- Answer inbound calls from our external clients and internal clients at the bank branches.
- Educate clients on account services and capabilities
- Have excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent follow-up skills
- Have superior customer-centric focus, with proven ability to thoroughly resolve customer inquiries.
- Have basic computer troubleshooting skills
- Perform efficiently in a fast-paced, changing environment, handling a wide variety of tasks
Requirements :
Salary and Other Compensation :
The hourly rate for this position is $16-$17.50 an hour, dependent on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
