Cognizant is a large IT Consulting Firm that leverages modern technologies to transform a variety of businesses. We are searching for a Customer Solutions Strategist to join our team. This role is designed to provide invaluable support to the entire Selling Team, along with handling various other assignments to meet our dynamic business needs. It involves managing service/delivery escalations, managing online orders, growing new business, retaining current business, ensuring accuracy for our field partners, and fostering Gold Standard business relationships. The ability to transition, adapt and support multiple work types is important to our business needs. This is a hybrid role based in Winston Salem, NC.
Role Responsibilities
- Contact assigned customers as scheduled
- Manage various customer contacts via outbound, inbound, chat, inquiry calls, or email
- Possess strong knowledge of the customer's business
- Identify additional selling opportunities, working on the last six orders to eliminate out-of-stocks
- Manage multiple types of customer inquiries from start to completion
- Utilize excellent communication skills to collaborate between customers and field partners to maintain strong business relationships
- Maintain strong connections with internal and external client contacts
- Demonstrate strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Manage multiple SPA boxes in Outlook throughout the day
Basic Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of sales experience
- High School diploma or GED
- Proficient computer skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Demonstrated ability to make informed and timely decisions related to account management and servicing
- Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Capability to work independently while displaying critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively multi-task
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Adaptability and capability to provide comprehensive support across multiple areas
