Job SummaryKey Responsibilities:Proactive go getter in attitude, with ability to leverage right stakeholders to get things going.People leaderOwn Delivery for multiple accounts in the portfolioCollaborate with CP/CRM and govern P&L and Forecast for accounts in the portfolio.Collaborate with CP/CRM to drive growth across existing accounts through proactive pitches.Participate in BD support for new pursuits in the portfolio.Manage key customer stakeholders in the accounts and maintain high CSAT scoresDrive opportunities of Revenue and Margin improvements across portfolioCollaborate with and manage internal stakeholders for escalated programs in the portfolio, to bring them back on track.
Required Capabilities/Skills/Years of Experience:Technology Skills: Must have strong experience of the Salesforce ecosystem, Data Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Marketing CloudGood understanding or experience in implementing GenAI / Agentic AI solutionsFunctional capabilities: Ability to manage multiple large sized programs aligned to customer objectivesYears of Experience: 20 Certifications: PMP/SAFe Agile/CSP/CSMDetailed other requirements: Collaborate with commercial and delivery teams to create delivery led growth opportunities and drive transformation initiatives.Must have experience in leading the delivery over $30Mn

The annual salary for this position is between $120,000 -$212,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
