Job Location : Irving, TX / Miami, Florida
Duration : Fulltime with Cognizant
Experience : 15 to 19 years
Key Skills :
- Broad exposure in the areas of OSS / BSS areas including Billing, OM, CRM, Inventory, Provisioning, Activation and Assurance
- Mandatory : Exposure to Retail order management / fulfillment / omnichannel sales / fulfillment, part of digital transformation projects.
- Mandatory : Design, development, architecture expertise in Spring boot, Microservices / domain driven design / microservices patterns, and Java Design Pattern, event driven architecture.
- Mandatory : Good programming skills (for AD level positions), quick adaptability and learnability across languages.
- Advantage : Experience building telco domain-based solution offerings in any of the areas above is desired.
- Advantage : Worked with industry bodies like MEF, TMF and others will be an added advantage.
- Advantage : Genai related certifications / exposure a big plus.
- Advantage : Experience in full stack engineering - Web Front End, Middleware, Backend DB integration / Dealing with Non Functional Requirements such as Performance, Scalability, Resiliency, Security / Cloud Migration Experience / Awareness of AI-ML solution elements / DevSecOps knowledge.
- Good communication / analysis / problem solving and client facing skills are mandatory.
- Capable of conducting thorough code reviews and providing constructive feedback.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in developing and maintaining architectural documentation.
- Adept at mentoring and guiding development teams.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
