Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Architect with 9 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in IICS and will be responsible for designing and implementing robust data integration solutions. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site with no travel required.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of data integration solutions using IICS.
- Oversee the development and deployment of ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the development team throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure that data integration solutions are scalable maintainable and meet performance requirements.
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Monitor and optimize data integration processes to improve efficiency and reduce latency.
- Develop and maintain documentation for data integration solutions including design specifications and user guides.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration processes in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure that our solutions remain cutting-edge.
- Participate in project planning and provide estimates for development tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of data across various systems.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our data integration practices and processes.
Qualifications
- Possess a strong background in IICS with hands-on experience in designing and implementing data integration solutions.
- Demonstrate expertise in ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
- Have a solid understanding of data modeling and database design principles.
- Show proficiency in SQL and other relevant programming languages.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Have strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Preferably have experience working in a hybrid work model.
- Be committed to staying current with industry trends and best practices.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Show a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.
- Have a passion for delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
Certifications Required
Certified Informatica Cloud Data Integration Specialist or equivalent certification.

The annual salary for this position is between $[125,000 - 140,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
