Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Genesys Composer Genesys Eservices Genesys CIM Platform and Genesys Voice Portal. Additionally experience in Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains is essential. The role is hybrid with day shifts and no travel required.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain applications using Genesys Composer to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
- Implement and support Genesys Eservices to enhance customer interaction capabilities.
- Utilize Genesys CIM Platform to manage and optimize customer information.
- Configure and manage Genesys Voice Portal for efficient voice-based customer service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for Medicare & Medicaid Claims.
- Design and develop solutions for Claims processing to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with Payer domain regulations and standards in all developed solutions.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Genesys-related issues.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle including design development testing and deployment.
- Document technical specifications and user guides for developed applications.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
- Mentor and guide junior developers to foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
Qualifications
- Must have strong experience in Genesys Composer Genesys Eservices Genesys CIM Platform and Genesys Voice Portal.
- Must have domain expertise in Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer.
- Should have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Should possess strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Nice to have experience in hybrid work environments.
- Nice to have knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards in the healthcare domain.
Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $80,000 - 100,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
