Job Summary:
Require Professionals with 10 years of Functional/Testing Experience majorly in Oracle CC&B (Customer Care and Billing) skill
Good functional Knowledge of CC&B.
Specially in the modules of -
* Billing
* Rates
* Budget & Payment Plans
* Payments
* Adjustments
* Financial Transactions
* Device Management
* Meter reads
* Field Works
* Credit and Collections.
Knowledge of testing is mandatory.
Automation testing knowledge is added advantage.
* Hands on testing experience in Oracle CC&B (Customer care and billing)
* Experience in Utilities industry to understand Energy, Gas and Services domain
* Strong expertise and good knowledge of Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) application inclusive of 3rd party app integration
* Experience in CC&B upgrades is preferable
* Experience in configuration and support of Oracle Customer Care and Billing system is preferable.
* Strong knowledge on STLC processes - Test Strategizing, Test Design, Execution, Defect Management, tracking and reporting
* Good communication and customer interaction skills
* Experience with Stakeholder Management skills

Salary and Other Compensation:
* The annual salary for this position is between $112,500/Year to $132,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
* This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
