Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with more than 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Scrum CX-Scrum Master Agile PLM and MS Project along with domain experience in Medicare & Medicaid Claims. This hybrid role requires a strong understanding of project management methodologies and the ability to drive projects to successful completion. The shift is day and no travel is required.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope and objectives.
- Oversee project planning scheduling and resource allocation using MS Project.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams ensuring alignment with Scrum and Agile methodologies.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements define project goals and establish clear deliverables.
- Monitor project progress identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Ensure compliance with Medicare & Medicaid Claims regulations and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans status reports and risk logs.
- Communicate project status issues and risks to stakeholders and senior management in a clear and concise manner.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment promoting continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Utilize Agile PLM tools to manage project workflows and track progress.
- Ensure projects are delivered within budget and meet quality standards.
- Drive the adoption of best practices and process improvements to enhance project delivery and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Possess a strong background in project management with more than 8 years of experience.
- Demonstrate expertise in Scrum CX-Scrum Master Agile PLM and MS Project.
- Have domain experience in Medicare & Medicaid Claims.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Show proficiency in project planning scheduling and resource allocation.
- Display strong problem-solving and risk management abilities.
- Maintain a collaborative and team-oriented approach to project management.
