Job Description - RCM Healthcare Project Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Program and Project Management (PPM) tools and methodologies to lead RCM Healthcare strategic initiatives. Responsible for driving project success by developing and implementing comprehensive project plans in alignment with strategic company goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing multiple initiatives and foster project team engagement
• Coordinate project teams consisting of managers and technical resources and continuously monitor project progress against milestones and deliverables.
• Lead the planning and implementation of project initiatives that merge customer requirements with strategic goals
• Create project reporting, track project KPIs and develop communications to convey the status and forecast of the project against the project plan.
• Proactively communicate with the project team and stakeholders to identify issues, develop solutions and implement efficiencies
• Analyze financial information related to projects and manage project budgets

Required Skills and Experience

Salary and Other Compensation :

The annual salary for this position is between $113,000-$132,000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
