React Native/React JS Engineer (Remote)

Location: Mount Laurel - NJ or Remote

Role and Responsibilities:

Defines site objectives by analyzing user requirements, envisioning system features and functionality.

Designs and develop user interfaces to internet/intranet applications by setting expectations and features priorities throughout development life cycle; determining design methodologies and tool sets; completing programming using languages and software products; designing and conducting tests.

Completes applications development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities; contributing to team meetings; troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms.

Supports users by developing documentation and assistance tools and is a very good Team player, able to converse and share knowledge with peers.

Experience in working with Agile methodologies

Possesses excellent Software Development experience.

Thorough knowledge extensive experience in React JS, React Native, and React Redux

Experience in CI/CD using GitHub, Jenkins.

Qualifications:

Senior Software Engineer 8 years of experience

Thorough knowledge of React Native, React JS

Experience in using React redux, JavaScript, Typescript.

Experience in using Jest and other unit testing framework.

Nice to have experience building ios/android mobile apps.

Good to have knowledge of AWS, Amplify, SonarQube

Experience in CI/CD using GitHub, Jenkins.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 4/15/2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $87k - $140k depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
